How to apply to the Bachelor in Nursing Programme 

Admission to undergraduate study programs in Norway is coordinated by The Norwegian Universities and Colleges Admission Service (Samordna opptak).

Application deadline is 1st of March / 15th of April and application must be registered online registered online.

Applicants must meet the general admission requirements and document proficiency in the Norwegian language to be eligible for admission.

How to apply for a further education/postgraduate and master’s degree at LDUC

Admission to further education/postgraduate and master’s degree is regulated by LDUC administrative regulations.

Application deadline is 1st of March / 15th of April. 

Qualified applicants may register at Søknadsweb.

Admission requirements:

  • Norwegian authorization as a nurse
  • 1-2 years of professional experience as a nurse
  • Documented proficiency in the Norwegian language on an advanced level, for example “Bergenstesten” or  test offered by Kompetanse Norge. LDUC require the same level of proficiency in Norwegian as Samordna opptak
  • Please note that applicants with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences are eligible for admission to Further education in palliative care
